About Moraine Trails Council
The Moraine Trails Council – Boy Scouts of America – supports Scouting programs in Western Pennsylvania in Armstrong, Butler, Lawrence and northern Westmoreland Counties. Our mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
